Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery (Free Delivery): Standard 2nd class Royal Mail, please allow 3 to 5 working days for this to arrive.

Two Day Delivery : Royal Mail signed for £3.50, Dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Express Next Day: Courier £5.50, Dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday.

International: We offer a flat rate of £8.00 and ask that you allow 3 to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.

Privacy & Security

At 3 Blonde Bears we are aware that security is a major concern to everyone. We have set out some guidelines we use to protect your personal information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties. If you make a purchase you will be added to a customer database.  If requested you may also be added to an e-mailing list to be notified of new products and special offers. We will give you the chance of refusing any marketing email from us. We hold your name, address, phone/fax number and email address. We do not hold your credit/debit card details. Returns & Replacements

We do accept returns on faulty items, please note that all items need to be returned within 30 days, complete and in a reasonable condition. Please note we don't offer returns on personalised and made to order products unless the item is faulty and then we ask that you either send the item back to us or provide photographic evidence for a replacement item to be sent. We can of course issue you with a full refund should you require once we receive the faulty item back into the studio. Please contact us first via email to request and inform of a return. Where possible we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the order details, and we would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case for whatever reason the parcel(s) fails to reach us and in some cases refund of postage.

We offer replacements on all faulty goods that arrive damaged or incorrect, Please contact us within 7 days via email or telephone to inform us of a faulty good(s) and we ask that you wither send the item(s) back or send photographic proof, all replacements are sent on a 1st class royal mail delivery service.

Ordering

Ordering with 3 blonde bears is so easy and simple, click on the item you require, add to basket and checkout, At the point of checkout you can amend your delivery charge, delivery address and even add a gift message all on the same page. 

Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Only one promotional offer can be used at any one time and these do not apply during Sale periods or on Clearance products that have already been discounted. If a promotional offer has automatically been added or you would like to use another discount promotion, you can remove this from your basket as part of the checkout process. Please note that if there is an item, which is out of stock then the whole order, will be put on back-order and the next day delivery option will not be valid. The postage charge will only be made once even if an order is part-shipped due to an item being back-ordered. Please check all goods on receipt, as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 7 working days.

Updating Account Information
My Account link gives you access to the Account Dashboard. This is a summary of the most important account information, including Recent Orders, the general Contact Information, Newsletter status, default addresses, and Recent Reviews. From here you can Edit for any of these options.

Need More Info?

When will I receive my item?
We send all our standard delivery items by Royal Mail 2nd class, this has an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. If you pay for the 2 day express signed for delivery your items will be received in 2 working days. If you place your order before 2 pm and select courier express next day you will receive this within the next working day.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes. For our next day delivery service we use a courier and all orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on the same day, all orders placed after 2 pm for a next day service will be dispatched on the next working day.

Can you send to another address?
Yes. At the checkout you have the option of sending this item to either the billing address, or a different address or recipient when entering your order details. Please note you can change the delivery address after placing an order providing the order has not already been packed ready for dispatch. If you need to do this please contact us via the contact bottom on the website.
